We must solidly promote the construction of "digital firefighting", strengthen basic research, technological breakthroughs, and technological empowerment, and continuously improve the scientific, professional, intelligent, and refined level of fire prevention and comprehensive rescue.
We need to conduct in-depth research on the measures and methods of Party building leading grassroots governance, promote the deep integration of Party building and business work, and effectively transform political and organizational advantages into governance effectiveness. We must pay close attention to the study and education of party discipline, guide party members and cadres to deeply study party discipline and rules, supervise and guide grassroots party organization secretaries to conscientiously teach discipline and party courses, and effectively promote the adherence to discipline and the implementation of discipline through learning discipline.
