Shenzhen, Guangdong
On June 30th, the Shenzhen China Channel officially opened for operation, and the Shenzhen Traffic Police notified:
1、 From 0:00 to 24:00 every day, dangerous goods transport vehicles are prohibited from passing through the Shenzhong Passage (East Artificial Island to West Artificial Island section).
2、 Dangerous goods transport vehicles traveling westward on the Shencen Expressway should leave through the airport interchange in advance, and dangerous goods transport vehicles traveling eastward on the Shencen Expressway should leave through the Cuihengdong interchange in advance.
3、 The dangerous goods transport vehicles referred to in this notice refer to trucks, specialized vehicles, and transport vehicles that transport dangerous substances or items with explosive, flammable, toxic, infectious, corrosive, radioactive and other hazardous characteristics listed in the "Regulations for Road Transport of Dangerous Goods" (JT/T617); Every day is called a natural day.
Henan Weihui
In order to implement the work requirements of the provincial and municipal governments on strengthening the management of hazardous chemical transportation around the South to North Water Diversion Project and important water source areas, and better ensure water safety, in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals, the Measures for the Safety Management of Dangerous Goods Road Transport, and the Guidelines for the Planning of Dangerous Chemicals Road Transport Routes, it is decided to implement measures of prohibiting and restricting the movement of hazardous chemical transportation vehicles on the roads around the South to North Water Diversion Project and important water source areas in the jurisdiction of Weihui City. The prohibited and restricted road sections and restricted periods are hereby announced as follows:

2、 Implementation time

3、 Legal Basis
Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that the traffic management department of the public security organs may take measures such as directing, restricting, and prohibiting the passage of motor vehicles, non motor vehicles, and pedestrians based on the specific conditions of the road and traffic flow. In the event of large-scale mass activities or large-scale construction, measures to restrict traffic or decisions directly related to public road traffic activities should be announced to the public in advance.
The Weihui City Public Security Traffic Police Brigade will work with the Municipal Transportation Bureau Law Enforcement Brigade to adjust their service deployment, increase the frequency of inspections during key and restricted periods, and strictly investigate traffic violations such as overloading, speeding, fatigue driving, illegal parking, driving not in the designated lane, exceeding the limit and width. They will also use traffic violation monitoring equipment to capture dangerous chemical transport vehicles that violate the requirements of the prohibition and restriction notices. We urge all dangerous chemical transport enterprises and drivers to strictly abide by this notice, drive cautiously, and ensure safety.
Wuzhong, Ningxia
To further optimize the road traffic environment, prevent and reduce road traffic accidents, and ensure the safety and orderliness of urban road traffic. According to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and in combination with the actual road traffic in Hongsibao District, it is decided to implement measures to prohibit the passage of large trucks, low-speed cargo vehicles, and agricultural vehicles on the urban roads of Hongsibao District. The following notice is hereby issued:

Kangji Road and the urban roads to the east, Minzu Street and its south, Deshui Street and its north, Donghuan Road and its west, as well as the section of Luoshan Road (from Deshui Street to Weiyi Road).
3、 Temporary access regulations
The transportation period for delivery trucks is from 23:00 to 6:00 the next day; Other large trucks, low-speed cargo vehicles, and agricultural vehicles (excluding police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, military vehicles, postal vehicles, and other special vehicles) are prohibited from entering urban roads within restricted areas for 24 hours. If you need to enter restricted areas, you must hold a pass issued by the traffic management department and drive according to the prescribed time and route.
This notice shall come into effect from 0:00 on July 2, 2024. Please pay attention to the prohibition signs set up on all prohibited road sections for vehicle drivers. Vehicles that illegally enter restricted areas and road sections will be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Danzhou, Hainan
According to the "Guiding Opinions on Further Strengthening Safety Management in Chemical Industry Parks" issued by the State Council Work Safety Committee Office and the "Guidelines for Safety Risk Investigation and Management in Chemical Industry Parks (Trial)" issued by the Ministry of Emergency Management, Yangpu Economic Development Zone Chemical Industry Park (hereinafter referred to as "Yangpu Chemical Industry Park") will start closed management from December 29, 2023 and implement pressure testing in stages. According to the work arrangement of the Municipal Party Committee and Government, after research and decision, starting from July 1, 2024, the Yangpu Chemical Industrial Park will be officially implemented with complete closure management. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
01. Closed management scope
The closed management scope of Yangpu Chemical Industrial Park includes: north to Yuansi Road, south to Jiayang Road, west to Beibu Gulf, east to Shugang Avenue, with an area of 26.639 square kilometers.
02. Setting of Closed Checkpoints
The closed management of Yangpu Chemical Industrial Park has a total of 6 checkpoints, including 1 #, 2 #, 3 #, 4 #, 5 #, and 6 # checkpoints located on Boyang Road, Binhai Avenue, Tengyang Road, Yuan'er Road, Pusi Road, and Yuansi Road. Among them, checkpoints 2 # and 5 # are designated for the passage of hazardous chemical transport vehicles, providing access for vehicles entering and exiting the park. 1 #, 4 #, and 6 # are administrative checkpoints, and 3 # is a non motorized vehicle checkpoint, which prohibits the passage of hazardous chemical transport vehicles.
03. Setting of driving routes for hazardous chemical transport vehicles
Dangerous chemical transport vehicles enter and exit the chemical industrial park from checkpoint 2, and can reach enterprises such as Hainan Natural Gas, Handi Sunshine, Hainan Refining and Chemical, Yangpu Oil Depot, etc. through a dedicated lane. After exiting checkpoint 2, hazardous chemical transport vehicles can exit Yangpu via Jiayang Road, Yangpu Avenue, Tengyang Road, and Yangpu Pass; You can also exit Yangpu via Jiayang Road, Kaiyuan Avenue, and Yangpu Bridge. Dangerous chemical transport vehicles enter and exit the chemical industrial park from checkpoint 5, and can reach enterprises such as Hainan Refining and Chemical Ethylene Zone, Hainan Yisheng, and Hainan Baling Chemical through dedicated lanes. After exiting checkpoint 5, hazardous chemical transport vehicles can exit Yangpu via Yuansi Road, Yangpu Avenue, Tengyang Road, and Yangpu Pass; You can also exit Yangpu via Yuansi Road, Yangpu Avenue, Jiayang Road, Kaiyuan Avenue, and Yangpu Bridge.
04. Relevant requirements
（1） Non related personnel are not allowed to enter Yangpu Chemical Industrial Park. All personnel and vehicles within the chemical industrial park must strictly comply with relevant regulations, drive safely, and are not allowed to exceed the speed limit, limit or overload. Related vehicles must be parked in an orderly and standardized manner within the park, and it is strictly prohibited to park in areas such as under the public utility tunnels in the park.
（2） The roads in the chemical industrial park have been designated as "hazardous chemical dedicated lanes" and marked with directional signs. Dangerous chemical transport vehicles must drive in the dedicated lanes and follow the directional signs when passing through the park. Dangerous chemical transport vehicles and drivers should possess relevant qualifications and licenses as stipulated by laws and regulations. When transporting dangerous goods, the transportation enterprise shall prepare electronic or paper waybills for dangerous goods in accordance with the regulations of the transportation management department, and hand them over to the driver to carry with the vehicle.
（3） The closed management of Yangpu Chemical Industrial Park implements filing and appointment application for entry management. All vehicles and personnel entering and leaving the park are collected information through the closed management backend and enter and exit the park through the checkpoint automatic recognition system. If vehicles and personnel (including related parties) of enterprises and institutions in the chemical industrial park enter and exit the park, their units shall submit the relevant information of vehicles and personnel to the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau for entry into the closed management system. Enterprises and institutions are responsible for the authenticity and compliance of the relevant information. Temporary visitors from enterprises and institutions can only enter and exit the chemical park during their visit time after their secondary account management personnel fill in relevant information through the mobile app.
（4） Those who violate the closed management regulations of Yangpu Chemical Industrial Park, disrupt public management order, and intentionally damage closed management facilities will be dealt with by the public security organs in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments and the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. Those who commit crimes will be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.

In order to strengthen the safety management of dangerous goods transportation vehicles and fully ensure the safety of people's lives and property, in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, our bureau has decided to implement prohibition and restriction on dangerous goods transportation vehicles from today on. （3） Shuanghui Town: 182km to 186km section of Provincial Highway 301.
（4） Puji Town: The 90KM to 99KM section of National Highway 542, the section from Zhengjialing in Puji to Moyan Coal Mine in Puji Town, and the entire Puji Tiantai Highway.
（5） Mumen Town: The entire section of Puji Mumen Highway.
