The Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technical Professional Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Association's Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technical Professional Committee) is a non independent legal entity under the leadership of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology. Committee philosophy: Empowering technology, gathering strength for win-win, exploring innovation, and promoting green development. According to the constitution of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology, the basic conditions for applying to join a member unit, the rights and obligations of members, the tasks of the Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technical Professional Committee, and the membership fee regulations are as follows:
1、 Basic requirements for applying to join a member unit
1. Have the willingness to join the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology, support and abide by its relevant regulations and rules;
2. Possess certain influence in their own industry field, able and willing to devote themselves to the development of automotive fire prevention and control;
3. Actively support the work of the Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technology Professional Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology, and be willing to make positive contributions to the development of the committee.
2、 Rights and obligations of members:
Any production, processing, and application technology equipment enterprises, scientific research institutions, and other units that support the articles of association of the Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technology Professional Committee, are willing to participate in various activities carried out by the Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technology Professional Committee, and have a good reputation in automotive fire prevention and control technology can apply for group membership of the Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technology Professional Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology. Members are divided into: member units, director units, executive director units, and vice president units. And have the following rights and obligations:
1. The rights and obligations of member units stipulated by the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology;
2. Priority or preferential participation in relevant activities organized by the Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technology Professional Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology;
3. Enjoy the consultation and services provided by the Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technology Professional Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology;
4. Member units should actively participate in relevant activities and meetings organized by the committee for member units; Provide reasonable criticism and suggestions on the work of the committee through effective means at least once a year;
5. Timely pay membership fees to member units on an annual basis;
6. Any member unit that does not accept the relevant service work of the committee for two consecutive years or unreasonably fails to participate in the relevant activities organized by the committee will be deemed to have automatically withdrawn from the association, and its membership qualification will be cancelled and relevant rights and interests will be revoked; If a member unit seriously violates relevant regulations, is punished by the competent department of the relevant administrative unit, and causes adverse negative social impact, the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology has the right to immediately cancel its membership status.
3、 The main services provided by the Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technology Professional Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology to member units are:
1. Provide information services on international and domestic policies, industry development, and standardization in the field of automobile fire prevention and control;
2. Utilize its own resource advantages to continuously and effectively promote the integration of various resources and achieve supporting services in the industrial chain;
3. Carry out exchange activities in standard chemistry, policies, technology, and other aspects, carry out technical cooperation, theoretical research, standards, evaluation systems, and achievement transformation in the field of automobile fire prevention and control, promote innovation in key common technologies, and guide high-level sustainable development of the industry;
4. Undertake standard related consulting and research projects, or self regulatory conventions, agreements, etc. involving industry common interests;
5. Prioritize obtaining information on the formulation and revision of national, industry, and local standards in the field of automobile fire prevention and control, and participate in the formulation and revision work as a priority;
6. Provide consultation on the process of formulating group standards for the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology, and give priority and preferential treatment to member units in applying for the formulation of group standards for the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology;
7. Obtain technical consultation and services in the field of automotive fire prevention and control testing and certification from the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology;
8. Enterprise advertising promotion can enjoy discounts at meetings hosted by the committee or on related media;
9. Prioritize obtaining information on relevant standardized exhibitions, seminars, international and domestic exchange and inspection activities, and enjoy preferential policies;
10. Prioritize preferential participation in the series of automotive fire prevention and control related training organized by the committee.
4、 Management Measures for Membership Fees:
On October 12, 2021, the Executive Council of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology discussed and decided to adjust the level classification and membership fee collection standards of our association's group members. The fifth general meeting of members held on November 7, 2021 officially voted and approved this adjustment, and it will be implemented in accordance with this standard from now on. Any previous regulations that do not comply with this regulation will be abolished.
The current regulations are as follows:
1. Ordinary group member units should pay a membership fee of 2000 yuan per year.
2. Senior group member units should pay an annual membership fee of 10000 yuan.
3. Member units of the board of directors should pay an annual membership fee of 50000 yuan.
4. The member units of the board of directors/executive directors shall pay an annual membership fee of 100000 yuan.
5、 Application processing procedure:
1. The applicant voluntarily and truthfully fills out the "Application Registration Form for Member Units of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology" (see attachment), and submits two copies of the enterprise business license, institutional qualification certificate, unit profile, and relevant honor certificates, stamped with the official seal, to the Automotive Fire Prevention and Control Technical Professional Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology; And send the electronic version of the membership application registration form to the email address;
2. The China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology reviews membership applications in accordance with relevant regulations; After receiving the approval notice for membership, the applying unit shall pay the relevant fees in accordance with the regulations; The committee will provide relevant services to member units in accordance with relevant regulations;
