On May 25, 2024, in order to implement the requirements of the Social Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the Third Members' Conference of the China Association for International Science and Technology Promotion (hereinafter referred to as: China Association for International Science and Technology Promotion) to strengthen the exchange activities of branch leaders, an unconventional party building exchange activity was held as planned at the National History Education Base of the People's Republic of China and the Branch Committee of the China Association for International Science and Technology Promotion of the Communist Party of China.
The Science Promotion Association has invited the participation of Beijing Lize Charity Foundation in this event, where everyone can learn and exchange ideas together.
About forty party members, trainees, active party members, and some branch leaders of the Science Promotion Association participated in the activity.
This event is honored to invite Comrade Yang Dongquan, former director of the Central Archives, director of the National Archives Administration, and author of the book "Encounter", to give a lecture on the National History Lecture Hall - "Several Fundamental Contributions of Mao Zedong to the Economic Construction of New China in 1949". With his profound academic background and rich practical experience, he provided a rare learning opportunity for the guests on site, promoting the collision of ideas and the integration of wisdom among them through communication.

Comrade Yin Xuebin from the Party branch of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology gave a speech on "Several Experiences and Requirements on Strengthening the Discipline Work of Party Organizations in the New Era". He emphasized that the National History Education Base of the People's Republic of China, as the party building activity base of this association, carries the noble mission of inheriting and promoting national history and culture, and deepening party building education. The base should fully leverage its unique resource advantages, combine with modern technological means, continuously innovate the forms of party building activities, enrich the content of party building education, in order to achieve better educational results; Strict discipline is the glorious tradition and unique advantage of our party. We must deeply understand the importance of strengthening the Party's discipline construction, promote the Party's self revolution with strict discipline, and forge our Party into a stronger and more powerful force; All party members, trainees and activists are required to carefully study the CPC Constitution, Several Guidelines for Intra Party Political Life in the New Situation, the Regulations of the CPC on Intra Party Supervision, the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Punishment and a series of intra party laws and regulations, implement them in their work, and resolutely safeguard the high-quality development of CCPIT; As long as laws and regulations are enforced, discipline is self correcting. The vitality of discipline lies in its execution. The implementation of Party discipline directly affects the effectiveness of the Party's self revolution. Integrate strict disciplinary requirements throughout the entire process of self revolution, use strict and precise disciplinary enforcement to curb negative and corrupt phenomena within the party, demonstrate the deterrent effect of not daring to corrupt and the preventive effect of not daring to corrupt, and make discipline truly a high-voltage line with electricity. During the Party building activity day, a variety of activities were carried out to study Party history, Party courses, and Party discipline, with rich content.
