According to the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, the National Standardization Management Committee and the Ministry of Civil Affairs have formulated the "Regulations on the Management of Group Standards", which have been reviewed and approved by the Fifth Plenary Session of the Inter Ministerial Joint Conference on Standardization Coordination and Promotion of the State Council.
