In order to implement the spirit of documents such as the "14th Five Year Plan for the Construction of International Science and Technology Innovation Centers in Beijing" (Jing Fa [2021] No. 27), focus on expanding the application of digital technology in the cultural field, enhance cultural and technological innovation capabilities, cultivate new formats and models, and help cultivate new driving forces for the digital economy. We are now soliciting reserve projects in the field of culture and technology for 2022, as follows:
1、 Solicitation direction
1. Based on digitalization, networking, and intelligence, we will focus on breaking through the research and development of integrated application technologies in fields such as film and television publishing, cultural tourism, and cultural arts, forming new cultural and technological products and processes, and enhancing the industry's professional and technological innovation capabilities.
2. Encourage the construction of open innovation service platforms for the cultural industry, including but not limited to cultural digital resource management, intelligent creation, one-stop design and production services, cultural property trading and other public service platforms, to promote the transformation of cultural and technological integration achievements from samples to products to commercial products, and enhance industry service capabilities.
3. To meet the needs of key cultural projects such as the construction of national cultural parks and the protection of the central axis, we will promote the innovative application of applicable technologies such as AI, 5G+8K, VR/AR/MR/XR, and create new scenarios for visual presentation, interactive dissemination, and immersive experience, promoting the innovative inheritance of traditional culture.
2、 Declaration conditions
（1） Declaration unit
1. Units registered in Beijing with independent legal personality, corresponding scientific research capabilities and conditions, and standardized operation and management.
2. The applying unit has a good credit rating and no bad credit records; If you have undertaken a Beijing Science and Technology Plan project, your credit rating is B level or above.
3. The applying unit shall review the authenticity and completeness of the application materials.
（2） Project leader
The project leader should be the relevant person in charge of the applying unit or a senior management personnel of an enterprise or institution, with strong project organization, management, and coordination abilities, and no bad credit records on the national credit information sharing platform (Beijing) (verified by the staff of the accepting unit after application).
3、 Other matters
The deadline for collection is 24:00 on March 23, 2022. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted; Each unit is limited to submitting one application.
