The Standardization Working Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology is a subsidiary organization of the Association registered on the National Group Standards Information Platform, which carries out standardization work in science and technology and related fields nationwide. According to the relevant requirements of the "Management Measures for Standardization Work of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology", and based on the principle of broad participation, we are now publicly soliciting professional and technical committee members from relevant professionals at home and abroad. The specific requirements are notified as follows:
1、 Scope of solicitation
（1） Researchers, producers, operators, users, and consumers in technology and related fields;
（2） Including employees from educational research institutions, administrative departments, social organizations, and other units.
2、 Committee conditions
（1） Engaged in production, inspection, use, scientific research, management or teaching in the fields of science and technology and related areas, with a high theoretical level, solid professional knowledge and rich practical experience, and relevant work time of not less than 5 years;
（2） Having intermediate or higher professional and technical titles, or holding positions corresponding to intermediate or higher professional and technical titles;
（3） Willing to engage in standardization work, master basic knowledge of standardization, be enthusiastic about standardization work, actively participate in standardization activities, conscientiously fulfill the duties and obligations of a committee member (referring to being able to provide feedback on standard drafts, review papers, etc. on time, attend standard review meetings, participate in standardization related activities organized by the standardization committee, and vote on time);
（4） Personnel who hold positions in legal person organizations established within the territory of our country in accordance with the law.
3、 The work and rights of professional technical committee members
（1） Participate in the pre research, project proposal, drafting, review, and related evaluation of standards under the arrangement and coordination of the standardization committee;
（2） You can participate in the promotion and implementation of standards both inside and outside the conference as a professional technical committee member of the standardization committee.
（3） With the permission of the Standards Committee, representatives of the Standards Committee may participate in external standard formulation cooperation matters.
4、 Submission materials and requirements
（1） By means of unit recommendation or individual application, the candidate committee members shall fill out the "Registration Form for Professional and Technical Members of the Standardization Working Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology" (see attachment), and the applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the committee member registration form;
（2） Please send three copies of the Member Registration Form (with a two inch color photo of the front side without a crown attached), printed and bound on one side, and accompanied by a two inch color photo of the bottom (with the name indicated on the back for making the Member Certificate) to the Secretariat of the Standardization Working Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology before December 31, 2022. At the same time, please send the WORD format of the Member Registration Form and the scanned PDF format after attaching the photo to the Secretariat's email;
（3） According to relevant regulations, the Secretariat conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates for the application committee, determines the list of technical members of the Standardization Working Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology, and records it in the talent pool of the Standardization Working Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology.
（4） All submitted materials will be kept as technical files and will not be returned to the individual.
